Ladders is seeking a Strategy and Analytics Senior Lead to partner with post-sales leadership and shape high-priority initiatives using data-driven insights. You will drive performance improvements across the go-to-market engine and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Remote role (US-based candidates), with a compensation range of $143,400 to $216,900 annually, and access to AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or Strategy & Ops technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through change management.
• Ability to present and debate recommendations at the executive level.
• Familiarity with enterprise software or SaaS GTM strategy.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL and reporting.

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy and Analytics Senior Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will partner closely with post-sales leadership to shape strategy, drive high-priority initiatives, and uncover opportunities to improve performance across the organization. You will use data-driven analysis to identify value drivers, support executive decision-making, and help advance transformation efforts across the go-to-market engine. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders while facilitating cross-functional alignment and execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,400 – $216,900 annually
