DoorDash is hiring a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to shape the Dasher & Logistics strategy. You will dive into high-priority business problems, use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and partner across teams to implement scalable solutions.

You will report to a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team. You will be responsible for building deep problem understanding, driving data-driven recommendations, and influencing multi-team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related experience.
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measures with intuition.
• First principles thinking and willingness to take action to create the future.
• Clear, concise communication of complex topics to stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, able to lead from the front with optimism.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Investigate problems with a data-driven approach and generate insights from quantitative and qualitative information.
• Develop and test hypotheses, designing experiments to improve user experience and outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Finance and Marketing to drive impact.
• Build foundational knowledge of the problem space and the business at the ground level.
