Job summary

EAB is seeking an Analyst, Strategy & Operations to partner with sales and account management, delivering data-driven insights to guide strategy and maximize revenue. Based in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA, this role requires regular in-person presence in the office, typically at least one day per week.

You will forecast commercial performance, own recurring reports, ensure data integrity, and translate business questions into structured analyses using SQL and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics/quantitative field.
• 2+ years of work experience in an analytical or operational capacity.
• Experience with Excel and/or SQL to query and analyze data.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and insights clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to organize ambiguous work and plan effectively.
• Attention to detail and ongoing technical/analytic learning.

• Forecasting commercial performance for the executive team.
• Owning recurring reporting for commercial leadership teams.
• Maintaining data integrity and improving reporting processes.
• Analyzing business problems and delivering concise conclusions and recommendations.
• Translating questions into structured work plans with milestones and risks.

• Using SQL to transform and clean data for analyses.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Excel.
