Job summary

EAB is seeking a Revenue Associate to join the Commercial Strategy and Operations team in Richmond, VA, or Washington, DC. You will book revenue and sales commissions, maintain renewal pools, and align CRM and contracts across teams.

The role reports to the Director, Revenue Operations and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and related data tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic record.
• Experience in a team environment and working in an office setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and data-entry discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze partner contracts to calculate sales credit in Salesforce.
• Ensure accuracy of pool data for specific products in Salesforce.
• Prepare regular sales and revenue reports for senior management.
• Audit pool data and reflect changes in partner structures or new partners.
• Coordinate between finance and sales to exchange data timely.
• Support various revenue-analysis projects and weekly pacing in reports.
