Job summary

EAB, with operations based in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA, is hiring an Analyst, Strategy & Operations to partner with the sales and account management leadership. You will provide visibility into performance and own in-depth analyses to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.

You will build technical proficiency across data platforms and communicate insights to executives, with a focus on accuracy and actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical/quantitative field (e.g., economics, statistics, business).
• Minimum 2+ years of analytical or operational experience.
• Experience using Excel and/or SQL to query and analyze data.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical insights to stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguous work.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting commercial performance to set executive expectations.
• Own recurring reporting, meetings, and deliverables for sales leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and build scalable reporting.
• Analyze business problems and translate into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with leadership to address strategic needs.
• Create reports and dashboards to generate actionable insights.
• Set and maintain sales and renewal goals based on data.
• Use SQL to transform and clean data for analysis.
