Job summary

EAB is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Operations to partner with sales and account management leadership. You will provide visibility into performance, perform in-depth analyses, and help guide strategy using data-driven insights. This role requires regular in-person presence in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA.

The team emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration, and stakeholder communications, with opportunities to influence strategy and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical/quantitative field.
• 3–4+ years in an analytical or operational role.
• Experience with Excel and/or SQL to query and analyze data.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical insights to stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to structure ambiguous work and plan independently.
• Detail-oriented with drive to improve analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Forecast commercial performance to set expectations for the exec team.
• Own recurring reporting, meetings, and deliverables for commercial leadership.
• Maintain data quality, reliability, and scalable reporting processes.
• Analyze business problems and synthesize findings for decisions and stakeholder communications.
• Translate questions into structured work plans with milestones and inputs.
• Collaborate with leadership to address business needs as a strategic partner.
• Use SQL to transform and clean data for downstream analysis.
• Create reports and dashboards in Excel to generate actionable insights.
• Set and monitor sales and renewal goals using historical data and qualitative input.
