Job summary

EAB is seeking a Senior Analyst to partner with sales and account management in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA. The role requires in-depth analysis, data-driven insights, and a strong technical foundation across data platforms.

You will build dashboards, ensure data quality, and translate business questions into actionable analyses, while collaborating with leadership to optimize performance and guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical/quantitative field.
• 3-4+ years of work experience in an analytical or operational capacity.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or SQL to query and analyze business data.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and insights from data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to organize ambiguous work and establish an effective plan independently.
• Strong attention to detail and desire to improve analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting commercial performance to set expectations for the executive team.
• Owning recurring reporting, meetings, and deliverables for assigned commercial leadership teams.
• Maintaining data integrity and reliability of underlying data and infrastructure.
• Analyzing business problems or new initiatives and synthesizing analyses into conclusions and recommendations.
• Translating ambiguous business requests into structured work plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborating with commercial leadership to address pressing business needs.
• Using SQL to transform and clean data for downstream analysis.
• Creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Excel to generate actionable insight.
• Setting and maintaining sales and renewal goals based on historical data and feedback.
