Job summary

EAB, an industry leader in education analytics, is seeking an Entry-Level Revenue Associate in the Washington, DC or Richmond, VA area. You will book revenue and sales commissions accurately, maintain renewal pools, and collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure data integrity.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience, with strong Excel and data-entry skills. EAB offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic record.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
• Experience working in an office setting and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, and databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze partner contracts to calculate sales credit in Salesforce.
• Ensure accuracy of renewal pools and YoY data in Salesforce.
• Perform regular revenue and sales reporting to leadership.
• Audit pool data for owned business lines as needed.
• Coordinate between finance and sales to exchange data timely.
• Serve as point of contact for inquiries about contracts and credits.
• Support miscellaneous revenue analysis projects and audits.
