Job summary

EAB is hiring a Senior Analyst for Strategy & Operations in Washington, DC or Richmond, VA. The role partners with sales and account management to provide visibility into performance, identify opportunities, and guide strategy using data-driven analysis.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4+ years of analytical experience, strong SQL/Excel skills, and excellent communication with stakeholders. Regular in-person presence is required at the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical/quantitative field (economics, statistics, business, etc.).
• Minimum 3-4+ years in an analytical or operational capacity.
• Experience using Excel and SQL to query and analyze data.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and insights clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to organize ambiguity and plan effectively.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting commercial performance to set exec-level expectations.
• Own recurring reporting, meetings, and deliverables for commercial teams.
• Maintain data integrity and scalable reporting infrastructure.
• Analyze business problems and synthesize actionable recommendations.
• Translate requests into structured work plans with milestones and risks.
• Collaborate with leadership to address pressing business needs.
