Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Lead for Compass Payer to own the commercial success of a high-visibility product launch.

You will develop, iterate, and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan while collaborating with Data Cloud Account Partners and Compass Solution Consulting to tailor strategies for key accounts. You will serve as the SME in payer data, engage customers directly, shape the product roadmap with market insights, and empower the sales organization through aligned

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in a professional services/consulting or analytics-focused role within life sciences
• Deep life sciences commercial expertise and understanding of omnichannel engagement
• Mastery of pharmaceutical payer data sets and related benchmarks/platforms
• Demonstrated executive presence and stakeholder management at all levels of a client organization
• Track record translating customer pain points into product innovations and solutions
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and presentation skills
• Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings and events

Responsabilidades

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for Veeva Compass Payer and define target landscapes
• Engage directly with customers as the SME, articulate our value proposition, and address objections
• Influence the Compass Payer product roadmap with market feedback and strategic input
• Collaborate with Data Cloud Account Partners, Solution Consulting, Sales and Marketing to position and scale the offering
