Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategist to lead the Compass Payer go-to-market strategy, serving as the CEO of the product line and owning its commercial success.

You will craft, iterate, and execute plans in collaboration with Data Cloud and Compass teams, specializing in payer data for biopharma and biotech markets. You will engage customers directly as SME, articulate value, influence the product roadmap, and partner with marketing and sales to drive market adoption and scalable

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in professional services or analytics within life sciences
• Deep life sciences and commercial expertise with omnichannel engagement programs
• Payer data domain mastery with knowledge of payer spine/backbone/formulary and benchmarks
• Executive presence with ability to engage C-suite and stakeholders
• Customer-centric innovation with translating customer needs into product solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for Veeva Compass Payer and define target accounts
• Engage directly with customers as SME; articulate value proposition and handle objections
• Bridge market needs to product roadmap with strategic input to feature development
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine positioning and messaging
