Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Lead for Compass Payer to drive the go-to-market plan and own the product's commercial success. You will act as the SME in payer data and engage with clients to demonstrate value across high-stakes conversations.

This role collaborates with Data Cloud and Compass teams, shaping features and market strategy while enabling sales and marketing with strong messaging and positioning. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and internal events is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in life sciences consulting, analytics, or commercial services.
• Deep life sciences and commercial expertise, with omnichannel and customer engagement knowledge.
• Payer data domain mastery with familiarity of benchmarks/platforms (MMIT, IQVIA, etc.).
• Executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Customer-centric innovation and translating needs into product ideas and solutions.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and internal events.
