Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead post-signing integration, Day 1 readiness, and 100-day roadmaps. You will partner with Corp Dev and FP&A to model ROI, operating costs, and capital investments, while rigorously tracking synergy commitments for CFO scrutiny.

You will drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Sales, Product, HR, IT and Supply Chain, expanding scope as needed to IT integration and international targets.

• Establish dashboards and reporting for SLT and business units.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Go-To-Market, Sales, Product, HR, IT, and Supply Chain.
