Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead M&A technical integration, unify engineering processes, and strengthen CI/CD and source code security across acquired and existing units.

You will operate across multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading SCM pipelines to consolidate workflows, automate deployment, and reduce manual toil for global engineering teams. Strong communication skills and a security‑first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or release automation.
• Experience with enterprise CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong scripting and REST API skills.
• Knowledge of security practices in pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A toolchain integration and migration for SCM and CI/CD.
• Unify build, test, and deployment infra across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with integration leads, engineers, and architects.
• Design automation scripts and REST integrations.
• Promote DevSecOps practices across engineering pipelines.
• Create migration runbooks and self-service guidelines.
