Concentrix in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Strategy to shape marketing strategy for leading technology and SaaS clients. The role turns research, insights, and business challenges into clear, actionable go-to-market recommendations and executive-ready narratives.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to develop strategic plans, compelling narratives, and high-quality deliverables, guiding delivery from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in lead marketing consulting, marketing strategy, or strategic advisory.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, marketing strategy, event marketing, customer insights, and analytics.
• Demonstrated success delivering marketing services and leading client work.
• Strong research, messaging, GTM strategy, event strategy, and content best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing and go-to-market engagements for technology and SaaS clients.
• Conduct detailed research to understand markets, trends, audiences, and competition.
• Develop GTM strategies, customer journeys, and messaging.
• Translate insights into compelling narratives and executive-ready plans.
• Present recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops and oversee plan execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
