Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in account management or client relationships in BPO/Tech services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and relevant tools.
• Ability to analyze data and inform account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and nurture key relationships with CIO/CTO/CXO levels.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans addressing whitespace and cross-/upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-value, profitable solutions.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to Portfolio Leaders.
