Concentrix is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy to shape future marketing strategy for technology and SaaS clients. You will turn research into actionable go-to-market recommendations and lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans, compelling narratives, and executive-ready points of view that drive measurable impact from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in lead marketing consulting, marketing strategy, or strategic advisory roles.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, marketing strategy, and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Ability to craft compelling content for different formats and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing and GTM engagements for technology and SaaS clients.
• Conduct detailed research to understand client environments, market trends, and challenges.
• Develop strategic frameworks for GTM, customer journey, and messaging.
• Translate insights into clear narratives across presentations and plans.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning workshops and guide outcomes toward action.
• Oversee implementation of strategic plans and optimize for results.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted strategic advisor.
