Job summary
Interplay Learning is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to own strategic go-to-market initiatives across marketing, SDR, sales, and revenue leadership. You will report directly to the EVP of Commercial Operations and work remotely (Austin or Dallas area preferred/commutable).
This is a strategy-and-operations role, not an analyst seat. You will diagnose funnel, design fixes, build solutions (AI tools like Claude), and become hands-on in Salesforce and HubSpot, with strong

- Strong ability to diagnose funnel, design fixes and drive adoption.
- Hands-on with Salesforce and HubSpot, comfortable building reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic GTM programs from planning through execution and measurement.
- Drive account strategy, targeting and territory design in collaboration with leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks between marketing and sales and implement cross-functional fixes.
- Build and optimize workflows, reporting, and campaigns with data and AI.
- Run the weekly revenue leadership rhythm as chief of staff to the EVP.
