Job summary

Interplay Learning, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to own strategic go-to-market initiatives and run the operating rhythm across marketing, SDR, sales, and revenue leadership.

Reporting to the EVP of Commercial Operations, you will diagnose funnel insights, design fixes, build scalable processes, and drive adoption using AI tools like Claude. This strategy-and-operations role emphasizes judgment, structure, and hands-on work in Salesforce and HubSpot, with remote-first

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff role.
• Proven track record driving initiatives to completion with measurable impact.
• Ability to turn messy commercial data into clear executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic GTM programs from planning through execution and measurement.
• Drive account sequencing and targeting with revenue leadership collaboration.
• Remove bottlenecks and design cross-functional fixes to improve velocity.
• Use data, AI, and automation to surface insights and improve pipeline performance.
• Run the weekly revenue leadership meeting and ensure follow-through.
