For our client, we are seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help shape consumer-centered growth strategies that align with enterprise priorities and support innovation across a large healthcare organization. You will partner closely with business, design, and operational leaders to frame complex problems, surface insights, and develop actionable recommendations.

The position also involves evaluating new concepts and business models, then translating pilot learnings into scalable strategic direction.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $138,200 – $190,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Support development of consumer-centered growth strategies aligned with enterprise priorities


• Identify market trends and consumer needs to inform strategic recommendations


• Partner with business leaders to frame problems and generate innovative solutions


• Collaborate with design and operational teams to embed member needs in strategies
