This remote, United States‑based position requires 5–7+ years in corporate strategy or management consulting and a track record of influencing executives

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This leader will guide enterprise and business-unit strategy for a multi-faceted healthcare organization, helping shape long‑term direction and growth priorities. The role will partner closely with senior leaders across the business to address complex strategic challenges and translate analysis into practical action. It also plays a key role in supporting M&A and partnership thinking, while strengthening team capabilities and improving how strategy work is delivered.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $184,800 – $254,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from problem definition through analysis and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Serve as a strategic partner to various business units, shaping long‑term strategy and addressing critical challenges
• Lead teams in conducting market analysis, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder engagement
• Translate strategy into actionable business cases and initiatives, establishing priorities and timelines
• Collaborate with the Corporate Development team on M&A and partnership strategies
• Manage key external relationships to support strategic priorities and collaboration opportunities
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and improving operational processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years in corporate strategy or management consulting
• Significant healthcare strategy experience from a top‑tier consulting firm or large organization
• Proven ability to develop enterprise or business‑unit strategy, including competitive analysis and growth strategy
• Experience leading complex, consulting‑style strategy engagements from problem definition to execution
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and present strategic recommendations to leadership
• Experience managing high‑performing teams and driving cross‑functional initiatives
