For our client, we are seeking a AD of Special Programs and Strategic Initiatives - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will drive special programs and strategic initiatives that support business growth, operational priorities, and long-range organizational goals. The position will partner with senior leaders to identify emerging customer needs, shape business strategy, and convert complex ideas into executable plans. The ideal candidate will lead large, cross-functional efforts, solve complex problems with broad business impact, and influence decision-making across the organization.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually
