Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience in clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation focused on digital/population health products.
• 2-3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience with Medicare populations.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships, including executives and external vendors.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Innovation Portfolio Strategy Principal to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape and advance a portfolio of clinical and population health initiatives, turning early ideas into actionable strategies that support business priorities and member needs. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate opportunities, guide solution scoping, and influence decisions across high-impact projects. The position also plays a leadership role in mentoring junior team members and driving go-to-market execution through strong analytical insight and cross-functional alignment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $138,900 – $191,000 annually

Responsibilities
