Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in legal or professional services marketing, business development, or strategy with leadership impact.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to support strategic planning and execution for practice groups or industry teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead annual marketing and business development plans for the Financial Services Sector.
• Translate goals into actionable marketing initiatives with KPIs.
• Provide strategic recommendations from market research and client feedback.
• Advise lawyers on marketing opportunities and client engagement strategies.
• Monitor industry developments to identify opportunities and refine market position.
• Oversee sector-focused thought leadership, campaigns and client events.
• Support pursuit strategies including pitches and RFP responses.
• Identify cross-practice collaboration to expand client relationships.
• Coordinate submissions and align with market positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver integrated initiatives.
• Share knowledge across practices to enhance collaboration.
