Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Strategist to drive growth and shape market strategy for the Financial Services Sector. You’ll partner with sector leaders to develop campaigns, strengthen client relationships, and identify revenue opportunities.

Collaborating across Marketing and business services, you’ll translate priorities into actionable initiatives, advise lawyers on opportunities, and help deliver integrated marketing programs and client events.

Qualificações

• Eight+ years of experience in legal or professional services marketing, business development, or strategy.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability to support strategic planning and execution for practice groups or industry teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development and lead the execution of annual marketing and business development plans for the Financial Services Sector.
• Translate sector goals into actionable marketing initiatives with defined deliverables, timelines, and KPIs.
• Provide strategic recommendations informed by market research, client feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Advise lawyers on marketing opportunities, client engagement strategies, and business development priorities.
• Monitor financial services industry developments and identify opportunities to strengthen market position.
• Develop sector-focused thought leadership, campaigns, and client-facing events.
• Support pursuit strategies for financial services clients, including pitch and RFP responses.
• Identify opportunities for cross-practice collaboration to expand client relationships.
