Qualifikationen

• Eight years of experience in legal or professional services marketing, business development, or strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to support strategic planning and execution for practice groups, industry teams, or comparable business units.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including data interpretation and turning insights into recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and levels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and mentoring colleagues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing technology platforms.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead annual marketing and business development plans for the Financial Services Sector, with budgets, priorities, and growth objectives.
• Translate sector goals into actionable marketing initiatives with defined deliverables, timelines, and KPIs, including event priorities.
• Partner with sector leaders to provide strategic recommendations informed by market research and client feedback.
• Advise lawyers on marketing opportunities, client engagement strategies, and BD priorities.
• Monitor financial services industry developments to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage sector-focused thought leadership, campaigns, and client-facing events.
• Support BD and pursuit strategies, including pitches and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-practice collaboration to expand client relationships.
• Coordinate directory and award submissions aligned with sector objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and business services to deliver cohesive initiatives.
• Encourage knowledge sharing across practices and sectors.
• Incorporate Voice of the Client insights and market intelligence into planning.
• Track and report KPIs and ROI, adjusting based on data and feedback.
• Mentor Specialists and team members to foster a high-performing environment.
• Adopt marketing technologies to improve efficiency and client value.
