Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Strategist to drive strategic marketing and business development for the Financial Services Sector. You will partner with sector leaders to translate goals into actionable campaigns, leveraging market research and client insights to grow the firm’s client base.

The role requires extensive experience in legal or professional services marketing, strong business acumen, and the ability to mentor teammates while delivering measurable results.

Formación

• Eight+ years in legal or professional services marketing, business development, or strategy.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills; able to translate data into insights.
• Experience with market research, client insights, and performance analytics to inform strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development and lead the execution of annual marketing and business development plans for the Financial Services Sector, including budgets and growth objectives.
• Translate sector goals into actionable marketing initiatives with defined deliverables and KPIs.
• Provide strategic recommendations informed by market research, client feedback, and competitive intelligence.
• Advise lawyers on marketing opportunities, client engagement strategies, and business development priorities.
• Monitor industry developments to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for market position.
• Develop sector-focused thought leadership, campaigns, and client-facing events in collaboration with leadership.
• Support pitch/proposal development and responses to RFPs/RFIs for financial services clients.
• Encourage cross-practice collaboration to expand client relationships and opportunities.
