Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Strategist for the Financial Services Sector to drive strategic marketing and business development efforts. You will partner with sector leaders to develop campaigns, strengthen client relationships, identify revenue opportunities, and advance BD priorities.

This role requires collaboration across Marketing and other services teams, using market research and client insights to deliver integrated initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Eight+ years in legal or professional services marketing, business development or strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to translate market insights into strategic actions.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and mentoring teammates.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead annual marketing and business development plans for the Financial Services Sector, with budgets and growth objectives.
• Translate sector goals into actionable marketing initiatives with defined deliverables and KPIs.
• Advise lawyers on marketing opportunities, client engagement, and BD priorities.
• Monitor financial services industry trends, competition, and opportunities.
• Lead sector thought leadership, campaigns, and client events with leadership teams.
• Support proposals, pitches, and RFP/RFI responses for FS clients and prospects.
• Foster cross-practice collaboration to broaden client relationships.
• Coordinate submissions and align with sector objectives and market positioning.
• Collaborate with Marketing and business services for cohesive initiatives.
• Encourage knowledge sharing across practices to enhance collaboration.
• Incorporate client insights and market intelligence into plans and execution.
• Track ROI and progress toward goals, adjusting based on data.
