Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, leading workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service. The role will drive the strategic human capital and growth plans, and analyze workforce data to inform hiring, retention, performance management, and development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Five (5) years of relevant experience leading strategic workforce transformation efforts
- Experience leading multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder discussions
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
- Excellent communication across all levels of business
Responsibilities
- Lead a workstream to develop strategic human capital and growth plans
- Analyze workforce data and derive insights to inform hiring, retention, performance and development
- Prepare briefing materials and summaries for senior leaders
- Engage internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of deliverables
- Support multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and standards
