Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment. You will lead workforce transformation for the United States Secret Service, directing a team to develop strategic human capital plans and implement revised hiring, retention, and performance management processes.

You will engage in stakeholder analyses, develop metrics, and prepare for client meetings and leadership briefings, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading strategic human capital transformation and implementations
• Experience directing teams and managing multiple concurrent assignments
• Ability to prepare for and lead client meetings and leadership briefings

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service
• Develop strategic human capital plans and implementation roadmaps
• Direct a team of at least 5 in problem definition, analysis, and execution for complex solutions
