Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment to analyze workforce transformation data and support DHS workforce initiatives. You will conduct current state assessments and help design future state recommendations for the DHS OCCHCO workforce.

You will deliver input on findings, support stakeholder discussions, and contribute to reports and presentations that summarize quantitative and qualitative analyses for leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in strategy, workforce transformation or process improvement.
• 3+ years of management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce transformation data and analytics for current state assessments.
• Formulate recommendations to address findings and improve workforce support.
• Create compelling briefings and presentations for clients.
• Support stakeholder interviews and development of reports summarizing assessments.
• Prepare for internal and external stakeholder discussions and align with project goals.
