Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, leading workforce transformation efforts for the DHS CHCO organization. The Senior will help develop strategic human capital and growth plans, analyze workforce data, and support stakeholder discussions with senior leaders.

The role requires 5+ years in workforce transformation and 3+ years of management consulting, with up to 10% travel and a federal/public trust clearance ability. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience leading strategic workforce transformation.
• Three or more years of management consulting experience in workforce transformation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation workstreams and assist in developing strategic human capital plans.
• Analyze workforce data and provide insights to inform hiring, retention and development processes.
• Prepare briefing materials and lead client meetings and leadership briefings.
• Manage multiple assignments while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
