Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST before onboarding
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, workforce transformation, and/or process improvement, including management consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce transformation data and conduct current state assessments
• Help design future state recommendations to evolve DHS workforce support
• Create compelling briefings and presentations for clients and stakeholders
• Develop communications materials supporting stakeholder interviews and analyses
• Prepare for internal and external stakeholder discussions
• Execute project tasks under the direction of a Lead and support comprehensive program plans
