Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment to lead workforce transformation for the DHS Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. The role includes guiding a team through strategic human capital initiatives, hiring changes, performance management, and workforce development processes.

The candidate will oversee stakeholder analyses, develop journey maps, and deliver robust implementation plans while ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery across

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years leading strategic human capital transformation and 5+ years in management consulting in human capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing strategic human capital and workforce transformation efforts.
• Direct stakeholder analyses, personas, and journey maps.
• Conduct current state assessments and develop robust implementation plans.
• Analyze human capital data and extract insights.
• Develop metrics to evaluate transformation effectiveness.
• Prepare and lead client meetings and leadership briefings.
• Provide direction to a team of at least 5 on complex solutions.
