Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment in McLean, VA, leading workforce transformation efforts for the DHS OCHCO. You will guide a team in developing strategic human capital initiatives, including hiring, retention, performance management, and development processes.

The role requires 7+ years in strategic human capital transformation and 5+ years in management consulting, with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in strategic human capital transformation and implementation solutions
• Five or more years of management consulting experience in human capital
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in developing strategic human capital and workforce transformation initiatives
• Direct stakeholder analyses, personas, and journey maps
• Conduct current state assessments and formulate implementation plans
• Analyze human capital data to derive insights and develop metrics
• Prepare briefings and status updates for senior leaders
• Provide direction to a team of at least five on complex solutions
• Manage multiple assignments ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Create briefing materials and summaries of assessments and plans
