Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, leading workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service. You will direct a team in developing strategic human capital plans, including hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development processes.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in strategic human capital transformation and management consulting, able to coordinate multiple concurrent assignments and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic human capital transformation.
• 5+ years of management consulting experience; 3+ years directing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation initiatives for the U.S. Secret Service.
• Develop strategic human capital plans and accompanying implementation plans.
• Guide a team of at least 5 and ensure timely, accurate delivery of artifacts.
• Prepare briefing materials and present program status to senior leaders.
