Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, leading workforce transformation efforts for the DHS OCHCO. You will oversee a team delivering strategic human capital programs, including revised hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development processes.

The role involves coordinating senior stakeholders, developing implementation plans, and producing briefing materials for leadership.

Qualifications

Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust prior to onboarding.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
7+ years of experience leading strategic human capital transformation and implementation, with 5+ years in management consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce transformation efforts for the DHS Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer.
Direct a team in developing strategic HR and workforce transformation initiatives, including revised hiring, retention, performance management and development processes.
Conduct stakeholder analyses and develop personas and journey maps.
Prepare briefing materials and communicate program status to senior leaders.
Ensure timely delivery and technical accuracy across multiple concurrent assignments.
