Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment in Arlington, VA. You will lead workforce transformation efforts for the DHS Office of the CHCO, directing a team on hiring, retention, performance management and development processes.

Role requires seven+ years in strategic human capital transformation, five+ years in management consulting, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Up to 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years leading strategic human capital transformation and implementation solutions.
• Five (5) or more years of management consulting experience in human capital.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading teams in the development of strategic human capital and workforce transformation plans.
• Directing stakeholder analyses, personas, and journey maps.
• Conducting current state assessments, formulating recommendations, and creating implementation plans.
• Leading and directing teams in analysis of human capital data to glean insights.
• Developing metrics to evaluate effectiveness of transformation efforts.
• Preparing for and leading client discussions and leadership briefings.
• Providing direction to a team of at least 5 on problem definition, analysis, and requirements.
• Managing multiple assignments while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
