Maximus is seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning leader to shape enterprise talent strategies within a government contracting context. You will drive end-to-end SWP projects, partner with senior leaders, and design scalable workforce solutions that support mission-critical programs.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in SWP, strong data analysis and executive presentation experience, with a knack for applying AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with strategic workforce planning.
• Experience developing executive-ready presentations for leadership.
• HR project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SWP projects, delivering against scope and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in SWP processes.
• Lead design and standardization of SWP workflows for efficiency.
• Establish and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards and reporting.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance scalability.
• Coordinate Technical Beach activities including onboarding and job jar management.
• Analyze operational challenges and support decision-making with stakeholders.
• Align SWP with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and business leaders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive progress.
