Maximus is seeking a Professional Talent Stream Director to lead scalable talent acquisition for corporate functions. This role oversees HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Contracts, and international pipelines, building high-performing teams and advising business leaders.

The ideal candidate operates with strategic, data-driven, and AI-enabled approaches while ensuring candidate experience, compliance, and delivery excellence across global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; senior leadership in talent acquisition preferred.
• Proven track record building scalable, compliant recruiting programs.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate market insights into strategy.
• Experience leading through managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition strategy for the Professional Talent Stream aligned to governance.
• Lead delivery against hiring demand, pipeline health, velocity, and quality-of-hire.
• Develop Senior Managers and recruiting teams; drive succession and accountability.
• Advise leaders on labor market realities, risks, and workforce readiness.
• Partner across functions for pre-award planning, bid readiness, and program delivery.
• Improve processes, systems, and AI-enabled operating models for scalability and compliance.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide decisions and hiring outcomes.
• Lead the transition to a consultative talent advisory model with human oversight.
