Job summary

Maximus seeks a Professional Talent Stream Director to build scalable talent acquisition delivery for corporate and shared services. You will lead professional pipelines across HR, Finance, IT, and more, driving a consultative, data-informed, AI-enabled operating model while ensuring candidate experience and compliance.

You will mentor Senior Managers and Recruiting teams, partnering with business leaders to align hiring with growth, strategy, and multi-geography program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale recruiting teams through managers.
• Experience supporting professional hiring programs across corporate functions and international hiring.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver recruiting outcomes in complex environments.
• Experience using data, reporting, and labor market insights to guide strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy for professional streams in alignment with governance.
• Lead recruiting delivery against demand, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire goals.
• Coach Senior Managers and Managers; drive performance and succession planning.
• Advise leaders on labor market realities, risks, and pipeline insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for pre-award planning and program delivery.
• Improve processes, systems, and AI-enabled practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
