Maximus is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead strategic workforce management for a globally distributed team supporting federally funded programs. You will shape recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement while aligning HR strategy with contract requirements. This role requires U.S.

citizenship and an active or eligible Secret clearance. The position is contingent on contract award and offers a path for professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Active Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain one as required for contract performance.
• Experience leading HR across global/workforce for federal programs.
