Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
• Broad management and leadership knowledge with recruiting expertise.
• Strong data literacy and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading through managers and building teams.
• Experience supporting professional hiring programs (corporate, shared services, early career, Veteran, international).

Responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition strategy for the professional stream aligned with enterprise TA governance.
• Lead recruiting delivery against hiring demand, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire goals.
• Develop Senior Managers and Managers; drive performance and succession planning.
• Advise senior leaders on labor market realities, risks, and pipeline insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pre-award planning and post-award delivery.
