Job summary

Maximus is seeking a seasoned program manager to oversee complex, multi-project initiatives. You will guide planning, resourcing, and execution, applying PMI standards to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes across government-related contracts.

You will coordinate with clinical, operational, and management teams, maintain comprehensive documentation, and drive continuous improvement while managing risk and ensuring contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Professional certification or licensure in a related discipline.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex service delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, operational, program management, and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, including planning activities and artifacts.
