Maximus is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead strategic workforce management for a globally distributed federal program workforce. The role oversees planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and lifecycle management with a required active secret clearance.

The position emphasizes partnership with senior leaders, data-driven talent decisions, and compliance with legal requirements, while developing a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Requires active secret clearance at minimum.
• Experience with federal programs or government contracting is preferred.
