Responsibilities

• Act as the central Workforce Planning coordination point for major projects across Industries, Sectors, Services, and Regions.
• Define governance expectations, planning cadence, and readiness requirements for major projects.
• Recommend mobilisation, deployment, and demobilisation actions to support project delivery.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and coordinate resolutions to avoid bottlenecks.
• Monitor readiness and deployment progress, escalating risks when needed.
• Track workforce mobilisation effectiveness and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and align activities between Project Leadership, WFP teams, and Talent Acquisition.
• Facilitate workforce planning forums and project workforce reviews.
