• Strong ability to forecast resource needs and assess risks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central Workforce Planning coordination point for major projects across industries and regions.
• Define governance, cadence, and readiness requirements for major projects.
• Recommend mobilisation, deployment, transition, and demobilisation actions to support delivery.
• Identify cross-project dependencies and escalate risks as needed.
• Monitor readiness and deployment progress to ensure project delivery.
