Job summary

Arcadis in the United States seeks a Resource Planner to drive workforce planning across pursuits and projects, deploying talent and ensuring data quality. You will build networks, engage managers, and support frontline teams to optimize billability.

You will partner with Sector and Service leads, manage the 12-week look ahead, identify staffing gaps, and contribute to recruitment planning and onboarding. This role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and a solution-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning and deployment coordination in professional services.
• Analytical and data-driven with forecast accuracy awareness.
• Strong collaboration with managers, pursuit leaders and talent partners.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and employment considerations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize billability and forecast reliability with team managers.
• Own 12-week look ahead for teams within remit.
• Identify work and demand for pre-planning in Design & Engineering.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and support onboarding and pre-planning.
• Build strong networks with pursuit leaders and project managers.
• Manage onboarding and ensure WFP Tags are up to date.
• Elevate supply and demand risks to Arcadis leadership.
