Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Workforce Planning Major Projects Lead to coordinate mobilization, deployment, and demobilization of talent across large projects. You will align stakeholders, manage workforce risks, and ensure readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work across industries and regions to keep projects staffed, forecast capacity, and resolve cross-project dependencies while partnering with leaders and talent teams to maximize utilization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in workforce planning and major project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning across major projects, regions and services.
• Define governance, cadence and readiness requirements for projects.
• Monitor deployment progress and escalate risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with Service Executives, Resource Planners and Talent Acquisition.
