Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Resource Planner to drive workforce planning across pursuits and projects, identifying and deploying talent to maximise billability and project success. You will build strong internal networks, manage demand, and ensure data quality across the WFP ecosystem.

You will engage with Sector and Industry leads to understand client talent needs and deliver proactive solutions while supporting onboarding and profile management in WFP Tags.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination.
• Deep understanding of workforce analytics and forecasting.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximize billability and forecast reliability.
• Own the 12-week look ahead for team managers within remit.
• Identify recruitment needs and support onboarding and profiling in WFP.
